Really great, first class hotel located on the tram line. Super comfy beds, wonderful breakfast buffet. Most of all, excellent customer service! The two lovely ladies at the front desk spoke English and answered all of our questions cheerfully.

I thought the room was nice and quant. We had a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea from our window. The WIFI worked well, the room was clean. The bed was a little on the hard side and the TV didn't come in clear but other than that it was great!

I have been in Oran many times but never used the Four Points Hotel. I loved the service, location, room very clean with a lot space. Excellent is the word. The only thing maybe could be better is the price for the food in the hotel restaurant. It is too high for the quality of food they are offering. Definitely I will come back!

My husband and I stayed here for four nights and we loved it. Our room had a private balcony with a beautiful view of the city and the sea. The hotel staff was very friendly and made our stay the best. We highly recommend this hotel and we definitely will stay here again.
