This is the nicest hotel I think we've ever stayed in, and we travel a bit. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere, regardless of price or rating, where there wasn't some small thing a bit off -- even five-star hotel rooms have some gross dusty corner, if you look hard enough. Not this one: absolutely everything was perfect, top to bottom, from the lobby to the bed to the discreet laundry machine in our room to the breakfast buffet. Not a dusty corner in sight. It's worthwhile to take a taxi from train station to this hotel with amazing room and super sized king bed. It's the most impressive room I ever had in Japan.

Environment is nice and convenience enough

We stayed stayed two nights and had an excellent experience. The front desk and concierge staff were helpful. They arranged taxi service, brought our bags to our room, and answered questions about the area. The buffet at the Garden Court resaurant had a variety of offerings and great service. The room was clean and well-appointed. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Kanayama station and shops. We would stay here again.
