The staff is simply amazing! They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests: rooms close to each other, some forgotten hygiene items, late checkout, etc. The breakfast buffet has good choices of regional food and has an authentic Georgian sweets and is presented in a very elegant way.
Yes, I wish the rooms had some USB ports for more convenient charging and a bit more stability with the hot water temp in early mornings - something that seems to be a common problem in the region - but...

My room was tiny but clean, quiet and adequate for one person. Breakfast was sufficiently filling, but is put away promptly at 11 (so set an alarm). Front desk is always available to assist with directions. Able to store luggage after checkout. Great hotel near Old Town!
