A 5 star hotel in ANTA. The reception staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We ate at the upstairs restaurant, food was incredible, staff amazing, they went far and beyond to make us had an incredible night; the Maitre D was extremely nice and professional.
I think this is one of the best hotels in ANTA. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was very well located if you go on a business trip to Tana. And the hotel itself was modern, clean with a very friendly staff. Everybody was always smiling and ready to help.

Food in the restaurant is excellent, and staff are nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The Gtand Urban offers great value for money, possibly the best value in town. The hotel is highly recommended for both business and leisure.

My stay was PERFECT! The Hotel was PERFECT! The room had a beautiful view of the Cathedral. Very modern and as the name states, LUXURY, and it was! The 7th Floor Sky Bar had breathtaking views of the city and SUNSETS. The location was PERFECT! I still have a photo of the Staff to forward, however, the e-mail address given, did not work. Please supply one!
