We have stayed at this property before and the experience has been very rewarding every time. Cleanliness is quite obviously important to management because all areas I saw were spotless. The staff are well trained, friendly, and efficient without seeming to be stuffy. Everything about the room was excellent and I plan to stay there on every trip to Temple.

Small hotel and very clean. Breakfast was good but coffee was weak. The front desk staff really stand out as extraordinary. Just very pleasant and helpful. Room AC struggled but it is 104 outside so that makes sense. Easy access from 35 and well lit at night. Next door to a good steakhouse. I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m in Temple.

One of the front desk clerks was rude (African American lady. Didn’t catch her name), but everyone else was very pleasant. Had to wait a few minutes for my room to be ready when I checked in at 3:00pm. (Less than 5 minutes) Room was very clean and very comfortable. Shower was nice and hot. Water pressure was outstanding! Best I’ve ever had. They put a $10 hold on your account when you purchase from the pantry. That was the absolute only issue I had with them. Will definitely be back the next...
