The facility is new, well decorated and had amazing staff. The breakfast options were really good and healthy too.

This is the best property to stay at Udaipur. It is located within walking distance to major landmarks, absolutely charming haveli, clean, well maintained, calm and peaceful. The staff is very helpful, hot breakfast to begin the day and classical live music to begin the day. Will stay here again during next visit.

Amazing hotel with attention to detail in architecture and design. Feels like you are in a modern day Haveli. Outstanding hospitality. Breakfast is well worth it. The live culture show in the courtyard in the evenings is one of its kind. Amazing performance. They take song requests too! Overall we had an amazing time and would definitely like to come back soon.

This is undoubtedly one of the best 5-star hotels in India. It’s not just a hotel but a sight-seeing spot itself. Beautiful hotel, perfect location , they had construction ongoing but it didn’t really bother. The staff took very good care!!

The hotel is so beautiful and comfortable. All the staff are super helpful, kind, and communicative. The front desk (I forgot his name) went out of his way to receive a package and get another one picked up. The location is also great- you can walk or easily find a tuktuk outside, and there are plenty of shops and sightseeing around. At the same time, it was so peaceful and somehow the outside noise didn't carry in. Wish I could've stayed longer!

Excellent room, grounds and garden and service

Rooms were spotless. Staff was courteous. Amenities were as excellent. Owner (Caesar) met us and inquired about our travel. I will recommend this place to anyone traveling to Udaipur.

Excellent hotel in a quiet lane off main road. It was refreshing to be greeted with a cold towel and rose water when we first arrived on an extremely hot day. The room is light and airy and clean. The AC and fan are excellent! Staff are very professional and helpful. The restaurant serves delicious food, spiced just right and has a great 360 degree view of the city and surrounding area. I could not be happier.

We had a great stay at Jaiwana Haveli. We were lucky to get put in a corner room with a lake view, which of course was a spectacular place to spend the sunset hours. The staff easily coordinated with us to bring in a 3rd mattress for the night. We had an evening snack and a decent breakfast at the rooftop restaurant, which has a nice view of the lake. As i was disappointed with property, while waiting for check in heard few people complaining about room's. I was sent to different hotel going there was the same sean so I decided to make other arrangements and didn't stay at the place. And went to Regenta hotel at circl chouk which was good choice.
