It was very tastefully done and breakfast service and presentation was lovely.

Lovely hosts and a beautiful setting. My wife is gluten-free and delighted to have a lovely breakfast each morning.

This property is unbelievably beautiful and comfortable. Easy on street parking and close to the sea front and good restaurants. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend staying and experiencing Victorian living at its best.

A lovely little boutique hotel in the countryside near Hastings. Possibly a work in progress, the owners have been working tirelessly for several years to get it to the current state, but we were very happy with it. Nice property on the highway across from the beach. Rooms are small but functional. Staff is excellent. Highway is a bit noisy starting early in the morning, but this also would be a problem with most lodging facing the water in Hastings.

This hotel is a gem. There is no lift and the stairs are steep. But it is worth it!

This was a great stay and hope to book in the future! The rooms are larger than expected and the hotel staff were so kind. The only issues was that the elevator (lift) was not working the whole stay which made it hard to carry luggage.

Adri was the best host I’ve had, checking in and being attentive and friendly. The breakfast was top notch for a bed and breakfast. It felt like staying with friends but having enough privacy as a hotel. I would stay here again and again.
