Our stay at Hotel Cristina was fantastic! It was a great location to go to the beach and the town of Los Alcazares. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was so nice and helpful, especially Jenny and Cristina herself. They helped us choose a tour of Mar Menor and where to eat. When we were leaving Los Alcazares, we could not get a taxi and Cristina personally arranged a ride for us! What a wonderful gesture. We highly recommend Hotel Cristina for the best hotel experience you could ask...

Breakfast hot food cold. Desk clerk didn’t tell taxi where we were going so I had to use translator. No WiFi in rooms, lobby or restaurant. They looked shocked I didn’t report WiFi outage, not my job. Four star hotels are on that stuff. Wouldn’t stay again, needed WiFi.

It is a very nice hotel, with friendly staff. I was there for two weeks. Not at the center of things, but the price and facility was great. About 5 minutes drive to downtown area. Parking was ample and free.

Just as advertised - very clean, very well-equipped and light. 2 cute bathrooms, 2 small bedrooms. Delicious bakery just downstairs. Very centrally located. If you need parking, you will have to drive around a bit to find a spot or an open garage. Other than that, it was a short stay but it was great.
