The check-in staff at Hotel Orientale were helpful & very welcoming. They helped us with our luggage to Palazzo Berllocchi specially the evening shift. We also got a bottle of local bubbly as a complimentary gift. The room was kept clean, towels were changed. The breakfast was a big spread for fruits, hot items and great coffee. Staff in the breakfast room was very friendly & catered to the needs of the clients. Upon check-out, the morning staff helped us get a taxi to the train station....

Located close to the city center and cruise Port, perfect place to stay before or after a cruise. The city was picturesque and the food and pricing were excellent. If in the area again I would definitely stay here. The owner was responsive and helpful with questions we had.

Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They arranged for a very early morning transfer to the airport which is within walking distance. Charming property with an upbeat boho chic vibe.

Secure and easy parking. Very gracious and kind host!

It was very close to many restaurants & shopping - and we were given recommendations for places to eat that were great! The staff was SO helpful with arranging a nearly morning taxi & with communication after we had left an item in the room. Would stay here again!

Our room for 2 travelers provided a double bed n a single, both comfortable with clean sheets. The shelving n closet space was ample n allowed us to store 2 or 3 smaller suitcases/travel bag off the floor. The bathroom n shower were large, plenty of hot water for a relaxing shower. Owners Alessio & Christina both speak English, though Christina seems to be more comfortable with her skill.
