Surprised at high level of cleanliness, friendliness and comfort

Clean grounds and room. Friendly staff

If you haven’t stayed here you are missing out!! To start out Miriam is there with a smiling face to greet you! She genuinely loves her job! Very comfortable room with soap, lotion, shampoo, and body wash containers mounted to the wall. That’s right no little bottles all you need to do is push on the container!! What could be better!

I really enjoyed my stay at SureStay by Best Western in Weimar, Texas. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is great, right off I-10, so it’s easy to get to. There’s a McDonald’s and a pizzeria next door, which was really convenient. The front desk even told us we could order from the pizzeria, and they would deliver the food right to our room. The best surprise was finding halal food at the...

Super simple, granted my family early check in. Perfect for passing thru!

Room was clean and well kept. Breakfast was excellent as they served real scrambled eggs one morning and eggs over easy the next.

We came later in the evening and checked in and left early in the morning. Small mom and pop run place i think. I think i woke him up when we checked in and left earlier than they arrived at the office to open up the next morning. I slid my room card in the window slot and left. But if you need a receipt you may have to wait a little later to check out than we did. The AC was off when we arrived so the room was SUPER hot and took a while to cool down it was cooler outside than in our room so we...

We really enjoyed it and the beds were so comfortable I would stay there again.

My husband and I were greeted as though we were family. The night and day staff were very friendly. We'll definitely stay there again.

Quick access to main highway. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The bed was heavenly - very comfortable. Room was very clean. The only complaint would be the exhaust fan in the shower/toilet is very loud.

frandly staff!

This was the fastest checkin Hotel i have ever been to with the so helpful clerk. She was quick to get us our rm keys, and wanting to help us anyway she could. The rm was so clean and the beds was very comfortable! Our coffee pot didnt work and we had a new one within 5 minutes. The breakfast was hot with eggs and bacon and very kind staff waiting to helps us with anything we needed. Excellent Hotel very refreshing to be treated like a Queen & King. My husband and me enjoyed this Hotel very...

Inside of the room is very nice. Everything is good for the price. You can sleep well, nice a/c, microwave and they have free ice cubes. Outside is not the best maintained, looks a bit dirty, like the leaf around and cigarettes. But is very minor. Nice staff too. Very reasonable and I always felt safe in the place

Very clean Professional

We have discovered one of the best places ever, and I'm honestly worried to write this review and get the word out. I'm worried that once others find out about this place, we will have a hard time getting availability for a return visit. This is place is horrible, I don't think anyone wants to stay here. Just kidding. This place is absolutely amazing, we can't stop talking about it. My husband of 23 yrs and I wanted to visit Round Top, TX and ran across this really cute place on Expedia. ...
