This was a lovely little bed and breakfast in downtown St. Mary's - just steps from where you catch the ferry for Cumberland Island. The staff was lovely and made us feel welcome for our brief stay. They do make up a special breakfast in the morning, something different each day, so tell them if you have special dietary restrictions. Great hotel- newly renovated and tastefully decorated!

Beautiful room with luxury touches and perfect walkable location to great restaurants and shopping. Room turnover service every day, which is rare since Covid. No elevator, so keep that in mind if you get a 2nd floor room. The continental breakfast reminded me of what you get in Europe--fresh fruit and pastries. In room Nespresso coffee maker sure beats the Keurig-types. I would definitely stay here again.

Communication by the owners/management was great! Even a late night question about parking was answered immediately. Place was clean, steps from the beach and perfect for a weekend getaway!

We were avoiding a hurricane so cut our vacation in GA short to stay near the airport. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was super friendly the hotel was quiet and clean and made what could have been a stressful situation very comfortable

I would describe this as a cross between a condo rental & a hotel room. Room was exceptionally pretty, thoroughly cleaned every day, and the kitchenette had everything we needed. However, when we got there to check in at about 8:00pm, I found out that there is no front desk or concierge. Had to call someone offsite to get into the lockbox to get our key card, which I had not anticipated. This is a wonderful restoration of a 1905 home. The staff is awesome and makes the stay really enjoyable. The floors creek but the bed is comfortable and the breakfasts gourmet quality. Bikes are available, there is a pool and hot tub, plenty of parking. It is a wonderful escape from the standard hotels. We loved it. And we met a lot of really nice visitors as well. Great place that we will return to.

Enjoyed the stay

While only a short overnight stay, we had one for the books. Driving to our next stop we were about 1 1/2 away when we realized we left cash in the open safe in our room. It was up high and hard to check. I called the hotel to secure it and the manager told me he had it and we have it put into safe keeping to we returned. When we got back they called security to deliver the funds to us. Not a penny was missing and when I offered a reward they refused it saying it would not feel...

All was great, the private jets parking near the pool was a novelty, but not good for trying to have a conversation! It did drown out the kids screaming @ the pool though. the plane noise wasn't heard from inside he hotel or rooms.

Great location right in the beach! Older , retro style motel but very well kept and renovated! Breakfast is simple sweets and muffins but the coffee is quite delicious and fresh! Staff were very helpful and friendly! We will come back when it’s warm enough to use the beautiful pool!

The grounds and lobby were very nice. I have stayed at a lot of hotels that start out this way and them the rooms do not measure up. This WAS NOT the case here.
