The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Naomie was particularly helpful. I greatly appreciate her kindness and sound advice helping me navigate different aspects of my stay. The room was lovely with balcony - small table and chairs, generous space and was very clean. I felt very safe and comfortable traveling as a solo person. It was easy to walk to marina, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay. Dinner at Nori was spectacular. One of the best breakfast at a hotel! Amazing views of the sea!

This was close for our ferry and had the bonus of being near the only sandy beach for miles around.

I loved the spa, but the welcome to it was terrible. One of the employees yelled at me for not wearing flip flops when I was just looking the facility over. Then, I couldn’t swim in the lap pool because there was a class going on, and then several other people got in and swam, and the instructor didn’t say a thing to them. Also, the price of the gym for daily use was outrageous, the outdoor hot pools were only lukewarm and the prices in the boutique for things like lotion and conditioner were...

I will stay here again. The service and the staff were superior. The room was comfortable and very modern. Breakfast was delightful. I would highly recommend La Passarelle to everyone.

Such a lovely place to stay! We had a balcony looking out at the harbor and could watch the tide come in and out. The proprietor is a very efficient, practical woman and she and her family do a lovely job with this hotel. They have an amazing chef who makes an incredible dinner menu at their restaurant. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I stayed two nights at this hotel and had dinner at the hotel restaurant on the first night. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, the employees had great smiles and service, and the food was delicious.
