Place was very clean, free breakfast was plus, and a great price compared to the competition in the area.

I love the patio outside. Its beautiful and the area is clean. The swimming pool is small but perfect for a family to all get in. Since the virus i love that its never crowded in the pool.

It was very clean, comfortable beds, and friendly staff.

Seriously, this hotel was so perfect that the hotel we stayed at during the second part of our recent Labor Day trip to Michigan just didn't compare!! We wanted so badly to drive back to Novi and stay there, but we had already (apparently) pre-paid for the second hotel (which was horrible). We were so bummed! A great place to stay! Very clean. GREAT staff. Kids loved the pool. The breakfast was surprisingly good. A big step up from the typical hotel breakfast fare. Definitely recommend.

Our stay was perfect. The resort is beautiful. The Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staff was very friendly, hotel was clean, beds were comfy, breakfast was average. They allow pets and i have bad allergies, they helped me to get a room that might help but not sure if it did.

Every thing was great. We liked the food and pool and the big room.

This is a newer hotel that is clean, comfortable and modern. Easy free parking, nice employees and a beautiful wide view of trees from our room. Coffee offerings in the lobby. Great place to stay for the price.

Very nice and clean! Wayyy nicer than expected. Mark at the front desk was amazing as well.

Loved the pool hours. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly! Love the comfort of this hotel. The location was great to food and shopping.

We arrived at 11am and they let us check in WOW that was amazing. The staff was very Friendly and Professional. We ordered room service and when it came the order was really messed up.We called and they not only fixed the error but threw in a free desert and had it there in 15 minutes with 2 hot meals. The place was very quite and peaceful.Great location to everything.A full size fridge which was great and we cooked in the room. We will definitely be making this our go to place from now on.

Clean, modern, and convenient little hotel—we stayed overnight after a concert at nearby Pine Knob. Staff was joyously friendly and helpful with information and even guidance on a shuttle available to and from Pine Knob. I will definitely book here again. It’s perfect!

Good stay. Few dirty spots on the carpet. Showed pictures to the clerk upon check out. Only 1 regular coffee pod, 1 regular sugar packet, no creamer

Overall a great experience. Friendly staff, clean and centrally located.
