Beautiful hotel in close proximity to Disney Paris (and much more reasonably priced than their hotels!) Actual queen sized beds that were very comfortable! Nice sized bathroom, with tub, as well. Very nice toiletries provided and many "extras" available at the front desk if you forgot something. Staff was very kind and attentive. Would definitely reccommend!

I enjoyed my stay. I came to visit Paris Disneyland. The room was bare bones and sufficient. For someone who likes to walk every day there was a shopping mall about a 20 minute walk with an aquarium and walking to Disney bus was only about 10 mins.
I also due to getting sick while at the park had to use a Bolt car to return to the property which was convenient and cost only 15 euros.
It’s tiny but has a big television and the best part of all was the breakfast buffet every morning.

I’ve stayed at other hotels in the Val d’Europe area, and in Bussy St. Georges. This has been my best experience, traveling with only my partner. It was comfortable, clean, and in an excellent location.
Don’t be put off by dramatically negative reviews. If you are an easy traveller looking for cleanliness, comfort, and location most of all, this is the place for you. The staff were unobtrusive, helpful when they needed to be and generally pleasant. The nearby road and school can be noisy if...

We cannot say enough about this trendy hotel! After traveling to London, Paris and then here, it was just what we needed. The hotel has a nice vibe that you hang out in the lobby and enjoy your stay rather than stay in your room. The pizza and drinks were great! Staff were pleasant & working their rear ends off to make sure we were all taken care of! It’s a short 5 min walk to Val de l’Europe shopping mall which is also next to the RER train station. Our home away from home while in Paris. Whoever said that Parisians are not friendly clearly never stayed at the Hotel Fabric. The hospitality and attention to detail of the Hotel Fabric staff was unparalleled. The setting was a delightful balance of chic and comfort. One of the most charming aspects of the hotel was the honesty bar, which gave access for weary travelers to enjoy an evening glass of wine (or other digestif) in a relaxed setting to reset for the next day. The quality of the wine...

Great find. Hotel is in near new condition, probably because no one really knows about this inconspicuous hidden gem. We were looking for spacious accommodations at a reasonable price and this fit the bill perfectly. On the eastern side, but still walkable to St Germaine and Notre Dame.

Great hotel, very clean and newer hotel. Walking distance to train station and shopping mall, which includes restaurants too.
Hotel has bilingual staff and free shuttle roundtrip to Disneyland!
We took the train a lot to downtown paris around the louvre and Eiffel tower. About 14 euros roundtrip, which takes an hour. If you're doing more city activities and only doing Disneyland a day or two, it might be best to stay in the city and take the train to Disneyland

Adorable, luxurious, and beautiful hotel. The staff were completely attentive and took care of our every need. The spa was excellent: a private hot sauna, a refreshing pool, and warm shower. The hotel room was also perfect and allowed enough space. Overall highly recommended!

This is a great hotel in a less touristy area. There are lots of shops, restaurants, bars, and markets but there are far more locals than tourists in the neighborhood. It was quiet at night, yet we could walk to several metro stations and ended up walking to many of the Paris sites via long strolls through the city. Although the room was not large, it was designed well and we were very comfortable.

We stayed 2 nights and loved it! The location is close to T3 and you can shuttle (train) between there and T1, easily transferring to Paris local. The breakfast offerings were good. It's a fun hotel--look, feel, vibe! Cool tech in rooms--feels like a 21st Century hotel room should feel. GREAT bed, cool electric shades for privacy and room darkening. Lighting is nice and modern. Only wish there was more room for luggage but otherwise great room. Parking onsite is easy!
