This is the 2nd time I stayed at Vivanta Pune. The service is just excellent. Their attention to our needs is amazing!!
A young woman who works at the Reception and was our "go to" person. She went over and above to make sure we were comfortable. She even called Expedia and Taj Reservations to make sure we got a refund for the extra night that we'd made by mistake. I was blown away by her professionalism and care for us.
