The proprietor was so nice. He saw us arrive on bicycles, so he came out and immediately showed us to a secure space for the bikes and helped us with our bags. Excellent, friendly service all around!

Check in was smooth. Our apartment was clean and well furnished. The deck was nice and a lovely view overlooking the pool. The pillows were very flat but that’s the only negative. Well, a fan would be nice also but with both doors open there’s a nice breeze.

L’hôtel est très bien situé (plages, Arcachon, dune du Pyla etc.), spacieux, calme et propre. L’air conditionné fonctionne bien. Le personnel est très courtois et efficace. Vraiment rien à reprocher, et au dessus de mon expérience des 4 étoiles en France et à l’international.

Beautiful apartment above a top- notch restaurant.
Our only complaint would be that we never received an email about how to access the apartment and needed to go into the restaurant to find the property manager. No exercise facilitires on the property ( would be a nice touch).
