We had a great stay at Luz Kouani! The staff was extremely friendly and the resort was very well maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed at all hours of the day and night. The free breakfast was great, it is not buffet style and we were served two courses every morning for breakfast. The hotel was a hidden gem among other resorts in Tepozltan. We would love to stay here again!

We only spent one day here, but I wish it were longer. To me, the photos don't do the hotel justice. It was beautiful with different areas to relax and take in the mountainous landscape. We ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. We very much enjoyed the food and atmosphere. They were also accommodating for my kids. The hotel was also a quick walk to downtown.

Casa Fernanda was truly a wonderful experience from the moment of arrival to check out. The service was impeccable, and the guest advisors, were world class (especially Arantxa). I traveled as a solo woman from CDMX and they provided me with clear directions on how to arrive from CDMX without any problems. The rooms were very clean and smelled amazing! Their products were top quality, and the on-site spa was one of the best I have ever experienced in my travels. I enjoyed the pool every day...

The location is so close to all of the action. I felt safe there as a solo female traveler from the United States. El refri no sirve pero nos las arreglamos, Ignacio el manager del lugar es un súper rockstar buenísima onda y bien shido, atento en todo momento y a la orden para lo que pueda necesitar los huéspedes
Altamente recomendable el sitio, no para exigentes ni nenes fresas, muy disfrutable nuestra estadía.
