Excellent hotel with outstanding service! The staff was always kind, professional, and willing to help. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Xalapa, making it easy to walk everywhere. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose Hotel Nico again. Highly recommended—the perfect place to stay when visiting Xalapa!

We very much enjoyed our 4 nights at this hotel. It was easy to access, easy parking ( 25 pesos a night) and extremely clean. You can easily walk over to the park. The room was large and the beds were confortable. The breakfast had fruit, breads, cereal , eggs, a variety of other dishes.

We had great memories from the early 2000s when my parents stayed at Meson del Alférez. Unfortunately it doesn’t look like they’ve updated the rooms since then. The shower and bathroom were very dated. The staff was very accommodating and quick to offer a room down the street at Terraza del Alférez, which was much more updated. The street was quite noisy, which didn’t bother us, but if you’re a light sleeper, be aware.

No a/c or heat but they did provide a nice ion breeze tower fan you could plug in when3

The breakfast was advertised as free, but it was not. They were no amenities for the shower except soap. Otherwise, it was a super cute place.

Increible para la aventura, poco confort ya que su temática es de aventura, espacios reducidos, sin embargo muy buena opción para quienes buscan estancia por aventuras

I was amazed at how great this place is. There is a wonderful restaurant on property. The grounds are beautiful a wonderful trail with an amazing orchid collection off the beaten path, but worth the effort to get here.

Las locas, actualizaciones, increíbles, las camas muy cómodas, las almohadas perfectas y el lugar es divino.

Great experience olace us very clean, central, parking accessible and food was good. Restaurant service is very slow since they only has one waiter but she was friendly. There's no blowdryer or iron on premises.

Reservé este hotel para mi abuela por 6 noches y tuvieron buena experiencia . Gracias por el apoyo con una persona de la tercera edad .
