An amazing place to stay. Close to the airport. Check-in was smooth and the front desk explained all the benefits i had with my booking. Both Mahesh and Pulkit were very professional. The staff at the Ritz Carlton make it special for the guests. From the time you check in until the time you leave, the staff do an outstanding job. The reception staff welcome you with a smile. Shaiju in the fitness facility kept me healthy and fit by taking a personal interest and training me on strength training. It's a decent hotel with rooms that are usually good and comfortable. The complementary breakfast is tasty. Staff is really helpful and polite. Wifi could be better, but not too bad. Overall, it is good hotel with reasonable price. It is only 20 min by bike from Bagmane tech park during the peak hours. Will definitely recommend it.

This hotel is the most convenient option for travelers who need to take transit breaks. It’s well-maintained and equipped with all the amenities a traveler could need. The rooms are clean, and the staff is knowledgeable and attentive to guests’ needs. They also have a fleet of well-maintained cars to transport guests to and from the airport. We made three stays in the past two weeks and not once we felt uncomfortable.
