Great location, quiet. Service was excellent, staff was helpful at breakfast kitchen staff was friendly and was responsive to needs. Very clean area. Will stay here again.

My sister and I met here to catch up on each others lives. We hadn't seen each other in quite some time and this was about half way for each of us. We both loved the hotel, the front desk staff, all the amenities, breakfast and felt very safe. We truly appreciated your hospitality and plan to it again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Elm House. The staff was pleasant, the room was nice, the property was all we needed. We didn’t need to be downtown in Napa or Sonoma because we traveled all over the areas for a week. We went from the coast to the redwoods, small towns, canyon roads, to wineries all over. Good Staff and affordable

The Bel Abri Napa was an excellent site for our weekend getaway, providing efficient and simple check in (after hours) and handling our needs. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and in direct route of our travels in and out of Napa and the surrounding areas. It sits just 2 minutes from downtown Napa's eateries, entertainment, and wine-focused businesses. The Bel Abri staff was warm and hospitable and we enjoyed our stay for two nights.

Great hotel staff was awesome room was very accommodating for adults. The bathroom had a large enough counter needed more mirrors in the room for multiple people getting ready at one time.

My mom and I went away to celebrate our Birthday and this was an amazing stay at a great price. The staff were attentive, professional, friendly, and welcoming. Shawn helped our mornings start perfectly with the delicious breakfast options. And our waterfront view from our room was delightful! The only area needing a little more T.L.C. was the pool. Our stay was pleasant from the moment of checking in with Greg at the desk, to the time we left. The breakfast ladies were very friendly, and the staff who cleaned the rooms were very attentive and cooperative. One thing that I deeply appreciated was the availability of the luggage cart. When you get older this is a must!

Not enough face tissue in the room but nice place to stay

No wine glasses the room in a Napa area hotel. Bathroom a little dated. Reception staff very good. Parking ample.
