It was a great experience i had an extremely late check-in and he was so accommodating. The hotel was so nice ans updated 5/5 would stay again!

Everything was great but the fridge was pretty loud so we I plugged it at night.

This place was perfect for our romantic getaway!! We’re already looking at dates to return. Communication was excellent. They called when we were running late to give us checkin instructions. They also called us to let us know the jets in the jacuzzi tub were not working and they couldn’t get the repairman out until Monday. They offered to switch rooms or a discount. Not a large selection of much of anything close by but that’s because the whole resort is sort of at the end of a peninsula. Had to drive 25 miles into town to get a phone cord, but I expected that. The facility is fabulous and the golf course is amazing!!! Just bring everything you need and you’ll be awe inspired.

Enjoyed my stay room was clean, no bed bugs here I checked I'm an Entomologist. Bed is comfortable and air conditioning is Very Cold. When I return to the area I will check with them first.

traveling for work, arrived early for check in and the front desk lady stated she didn’t have any rooms clean and ready to go at the time, as housekeeping was waiting on linens to get dry. So went back out to my car. About 20 min later I went in to use the lobby restroom and the front desk clerk was folding sheets out of a large rolling basket that appeared to of just came out of dryer, told me she will have a room for me in 15 minutes. The outside was clean and well maintained. The lobby was clean! The staff was so friendly greeting us as we walked in. Check in was easy and they made sure we knew how to find our room and the time for check out and breakfast as well as the WiFi info. The room was so nice and spacious! Everything was clean and well taken care of!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was spacious, very clean, and absolutely adorable! My friend and I were in town for a music festival, and it was nice to come back to this tiny house every night to unwind. If you're looking for a peaceful, quiet place to relax, this is the perfect choice! If you're going to Rocklahoma, it's only a 12 minute drive.

The staff were pleasant. Check in staff need to be a bit more friendly. Valet staff and house keeping were amazing.

We have spent several nights at this property, and the rooms and staff are great. But.... They charge $3.00 to park in their parking lot, or even if you park in the parking lot of the restaurant next door. Everyone who stays here drives here, I mean its next to I-44, and Joplin only has two incoming flights a day which only hold 50 Passengers each. Do the right thing and drop that petty charge that detracts from this nice property.
