Friendly, helpful staff, pet friendly. I always enjoy my stay. The only thing I would like to see brought back is the waffle maker that was one of my favorite things and I’ve heard other people say the same thing. Please bring back the waffle makers and it would be nice to have a coffee and a microwave in the room as well, but the remodeling is absolutely beautiful and again the staff that works there are one of a kind I have never seen such hospitality.

Above average. Very clean and comfortable. Front desk workers were very accommodating.

Very clean and quiet. Will be staying there again .

Great stay at the Hampton Inn- Pikeville. Clean rooms, friendly staff . Convenient parking within walking distance to UPike and Eastern KY Expo Center

Made reservations a day prior to stay. Great bang for your buck. Top notch continental breakfast. Friendly staff.

Very nice property, one mile from Appalachian Wireless Arena

My husband and I stayed two nights and checked out with a positive feeling about the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. Imagine our surprise to be offered fresh baked cookies on checking in! The hot breakfast was also a surprise as it included a full breakfast rather than the usual cold offerings of cereal, bagels and muffins. We would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Very nice quiet. Everyone friendly. Room was very clean as the hotel was

Absolutely loved everything. We were a late arrival and the cashier took care of us very pleasantly.

The gal that owns this place is very nice and helpful. The property is old and needs updating, but it was clean and quiet. The grounds are beautiful. I will stay here again.
