I chose this hotel while interviewing at ETSU and was not disappointed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room clean, and the hotel quiet. We chose a room with a jacuzzi tub and it was a great way to relax after a long and exhausting day. The hotel is located close to many great restaurants and stores, so there are plenty of options to explore. The pillows were a little uncomfortable and I would recommend bringing your own, but otherwise a great stay!

The reviews for this facility did not match the facility. The floors with rooms were extremely dated, had poor lighting (both in the halls and the rooms), the windows were cloudy and dirty. The ground level was clean, remodeled and trendy but that is where it stopped. The overall "vibe" was uncomfortable as someone traveling alone. I was thankful my children were not with me on this trip.

We were greeted with a wonderful attendant. She upgraded our room to a handicapped accessible room for my 85 year old mom who was with me on this trip. The room was amazingly clean and comfortable for us and Mom had no problems.

The property is beautiful, the people are nice and best of all… I got a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was fabulous - get the eggs benedict. My only complaint, which is minor, please serve tea with the correct temp of hot water. I know tea drinkers are the minority but hot water will go a long way with us.
