The Divan Cukurhan hotel was beyond anything I expected. Knowing the Divan group of hotels I knew that there would be attention to detail and the best in services. But I was unprepared for the luxury, the decadence of the decor, attention to meeting every need of a discerning guest, down to an espresso machine, the finest sheets and bath robe and a weighing machine in the bathroom. I had a fantastic stay! The only thing that I wish I had seen was that breakfast was not included in my room rent....

One of the best hotel for the budget.

Clean rooms and very helpful staff

great stay

The hotel was very clean and it has a big parking lot. The room was comfortable. All the towels and extra pillows were in plastic bags. The shower was very good. The breakfast could be better, pancakes were very dry. The staff was helpful and friendly. If we come back to Ankara, we definetely would like to stay here again.

I want to commend the staff particularly Hakan at the front desk. He was patient, helpful and proactive. He made us feel at home and very welcome. The breakfast was great, but needs more vatiety. If one has a long stay, they'd get tired of the same menu.

Best Hotel in Ankara by far! Tried others but this one is the most modern and comfortable. Staff is also very helpful and makes the stay very enjoyable.

This is a great 5 star hotel in Ankara. Location is very good close to shopping and restaurants and only few minutes drive from the city center. The rooms are very clean with good quality bedding and modern bathroom and they are sufficiently big. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The biggest problem for me was actually finding the entrance of the hotel. There is construction around the hotel and the entrance is lost. There were no street signs showing the entrance either. I had to circle...

Great experience, very quiet room, perfect

Everything was great overall. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; they allowed me to check-in a bit earlier because of how tired I was and the timing of my flight, they assisted with general questions about the area, and were quick to get me an iron and ironing board. The only thing that's avoiding me giving it a full five stars was that the floor wasn't perfectly clean. I was walking around in my socks and they got filled with dust.

the room was clean and good air conditioning the staff was helpful and the breakfast was delicious

We were there for brain surgery at the hospital down the street. The hotel was in a good location near the hospital and plenty of restaurants to walk to. We got massages and the spa rooms were impressive.

I really had a very good experience with the hotel. The staff was very polite and friendly. The ambience made me feel at home. Being sound proof gave me the opportunity to relax and get some rest. As for its restaurant, it was perfect specially the breakfast was absolutely one of the best I've ever seen. Overall I think it worth every penny and I really recommend it.
