Lovely stay! Beautiful scenery outside the windows.

The location is idyllic; and the hotel perfectly fits the postcard-like aesthetic. The owners are beautiful people and were helpful, kind and charming. The rooms are small, but cute and spotless. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Clean room, friendly staff

Very cool Eurpoean hotel in a very neat Old German town. Nestled in a valley overlooked by a castle. I only wish I had more time to explore. Only downside was the waiters and bartenders did not seem to care much, buffet food never replenished for two hours. Bartender only seemed to want to go home.

Very historic building, walking distance to everything. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent and service was very friendly. The ambiance in the basement restaurant looked very nice although we did not eat there. We ate at a local pub that had an outstanding live music duo. Monschau is a hidden gem in the region.

The property is beautiful and the room lovely and comfortable. I had a great facial treatment at the spa and spent a few hours after relaxing in the facility. I like that they require hotel guests to reserve times to visit the spa so that it does not become crowded. Unfortunately, we were not able to dine at the restaurant, as it was not open while we were there. We were able to enjoy the breakfast buffet, which was quite nice. Wonderful location and very nice accommodation!

Very large, spacious room. Loved the heated bathroom floor. The room and very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. I also really loved the wine bar and the food/snacks there. Everyone there was so sweet and friendly.
