Everyone was very professional and accommodating.

I was very impressed. Awesome suite, very affordable, great service and an awesome breakfast. Nice view. Would highly recommend staying there if you are in Odessa. I live on the road and this has been one of the best affordable places I have stayed at.

Great experience overall. Would stay here again if I am back in the area.

Everyone who works there is so friendly, and the hotel is very clean!. We arrived a day early so our room wasn't ready. They let us stay in the King Suite that night, of course, at that room rate for the night and with the Best Western discount, BUT they let us stay in that room for the next 3 days at the Expedia rate! We didn't have to move to another room! We've never stayed in a King Suite before so this was quite special! Thank you Best Western North Odessa for making our stay memorable!

I stay at the Fairfield Inn in Odessa, Texas on every trip I make to this area which is usually for 4 - 5 nights every other month. This hotel is conveniently located to nearby restaurants, movie theaters, the Mall and nearby highways. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very neat and clean. Good breakfast bar and a lady named Donna who oversees and maintains the breakfast bar is fantastic and she has a wonderful personality and greets all the guests every...

Top golf next door determined our stay

Only issue was hotel guest laundry room had only one washer/dryer and the dryer wasn’t working. Desk attendant let me use the dryer for the hotel bedding, which I appreciated. I was tired and needed sleep!

Immaculate public spaces and room. Very comfortable bed, linens & towels. Clean and quiet. Perfection.

Have stayed here several times in the past and always have had a good experience. The biggest factor in my satisfaction is the helpful and pleasant attitude of the employees.
