Thoroughly pleased with this stay. Room was pacious and clean. The assistant manager was super! She went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Would stay here again!

We were so pleased with everything about our stay. It was close to the hwy, it was close to resturants & shopping. Our room was clean & my husband thought the bed was the best he had ever slept in. I loved the shower setup. The breakfast was very good. The location was about 10 minutes from Kemah, which was our destination. The front desk associates were the best. I showed the desk my reservation thru EXPEDIA on Nov 22, and they took my credit card and charged $50 to it which they only cancelled the charge today, Dec 10. They would not give me a receipt when checking out and did not credit my HHonors account. This past summer this same hotel desk double billed me and charged my credit card for the full amount when it had already been paid thru EXPEDIA. It took a while for them to straighten it out. Simple but yet the most comfortable and cleanly hotel I have stayed between Houston and Galveston

Fairfield Inn has become our go to stay when we are in the Webster area for my wife's appointments at UTMB. The rates are very reasonable, the rooms are comfortable, and the front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. There were a couple of minor issues with our room that we addressed with the front desk, and we have no doubt they will be resolved. We'll be looking at Fairfield Inn first when we are heading back.

I like it was near the highway and there was plenty of food around us. The property was nice lobby was really small n the room wasn’t bad other then some drawers wouldn’t stay closed and I had to wedge something in between 2 of em so it wouldnt open fully. The tv placement was kinda weird off to one side of both beds. Other then that it was a great room.

My stay was absolutely amazing!

Avery was so nice. Had a smile the whole time we were checking in. Very welcoming. When my daughter and I asked for towells for the pool, there weren't any clean ones. She apologized, and went the extra mile and offered a couple clean floor towells instead. Great, great customer service!

This hotel is great for family stay and convenient for shopping.

The hotel is located very close to the medical area and the streets were not traffic packed like some other hotels we've stayed. It was very quiet which surprised me when I first arrived. The facilities had exactly what we needed and no more. The breakfast bar is provided for free and fairly well stocked. There was even an attendant to ensure it remained well stocked. I last visited this area in the 1990s. NASA has done a fantastic job creating Space Center Houston! One can devote an entire day there. Seawolf Park is worth a visit with a WW2 submarine and a Destroyer Escort. Lone Star Flight Museum has moved to a new facility and worth a 2+ hour visit. The battleship Texas/San Jacinto monument is also noteworthy site to see. I was able to take in alot in 3 days/2 nights!

We are really starting to appreciate Springhill Suites and their rooms. We are inclined to book future stays at Springhills throughout the country.
