Very friendly staff. Requested extra towels and linens and blanket. Items delivered to room in a short amount of time. Older hotel, but well maintained. Quiet. Convenient to shopping. Parking lot well lit at night.

Clean room, foyer and reception were immaculate, nice breakfast with options for protein, would stay here again!

Checkin quick & easy. Rooms clean with comfortable bed. Good Mexican restaurant next door.

The property is nice and clean I think the key to this place are the people . They helped us and took exceptional care of my family . Thank each and everyone at the property. They made us feel at home and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you again and when staying in Huntsville this is the best choice period.

Enjoyed our stay. Came in late, hotel was very quiet, room was already cool, bathroom was spotless, beds were very comfortable, breakfast was great. Nice hot eggs, omelette, biscuits, cereal, pancakes, keys all worked great.

Pouring down rain, but doorway was covered. Very nice room. Great price!

I had a terrible day due to a death in my family and when I arrived I was clearly upset and in tears. The staff, including the manager could tell I was distressed. They offered me dinner and water. They offered to get my bags to my room. The manager went out of her way to help me. I am normally a calm person but being away from home during a death was upsetting. They did all they could to comfort me. They went way above and beyond.

The room very clean and comfortable. The air was already running, so I didn't have to set it up when I arrived like I do at other hotels. This is one of the few hotels that has ceiling fans in their rooms! It's nice to have air circulating without having to turn on the fan in the air conditioning unit which cut down on the noise. The staff is super nice and always willing to help. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a premium cabin overlooking the pond. It was a clean cold room that provided a great escape from the heat. The views were great from the little porch and the room was clean and very accessible. This was a great place to stay in the middle of a bunch small Texas towns and forest trails for nature viewing.

We loved this unit and every time we come back we want this unit. It definitely met and exceeded our expectations. The staff was awesome and we will be back
