Stayed here on a 5 day trip to Oregon & Nevada. It was a great hotel. The diner in front was also cool with some great home style cooking. Will definitely stay here in the future.

The room was great and we plan in returning for a longer family trip. One thing that caught me by surprise is that they close @10pm. Luckily they called when i hadn't arrived by then and agreed to stay open until I arrived so i could check in. Orbitz needs to add this info so people know that they may not be able to arrive late and still be able to keep their reservation.

Beautiful room nice and clean with all needed amenities for a quick weekend trip we stayed in a room with Shasta Mountain View so beautiful pizza and beer place within walking distance was delicious the owners so sweet they gave us suggestions of places to visit while we were in town we will definitely recommend this cabin

Beautiful environment , loved my cabin. Just FYI it is not easy to enter Lake Siskiyou from the cabin area (even though the view is great). It takes 10 plus minutes walking on rough trails.

The hotel's co-owner, Tanner, is the story of this inn. When we were late to arrive, he called to tell us he would wait for us past the normal 9 PM office closing time. When we got there he cheerfully and quickly registered us, and we were in our room within minutes. The next morning he prepared some of the best pancakes I've ever had (with real maple syrup). Friendly, unassuming, and accommodating! That's him. The room was a bit small, but the rustic and alpine atmosphere was fine...

Easy check in, my room was a renovated. Queen size room is spacious. Nick at front desk was very friendly and helpful. It Look owner do some major renovation to the Inn

A wonderful home right in the lap of nature soaking in beautiful Mount Shasta. We spent a most relaxing and rejuvenating weekend in Basecamp lodge. Being vegetarians, we were able to come back after our day long trek and cook nice meals using the well equipped kitchen. Provisions easily purchased from the nearby supermarket, Ray’s food place is a great option 10 min away. The cabin had an elegant design with a good working TV and internet :). A perfect getaway for a couple or a small family!

This may be a dated motel but has been updated, is very clean and the owners are very responsive and personable. I’d stay there in a heart beat.

We've stayed here several times now. It's probably the best value in all of Mt. Shasta. I like the casual vibe, the easy parking, the fun outdoor theme of the rooms and the very friendly staff.

Very nice, friendly, very clean rooms. Easy to find and within walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops.

Beautiful scenery

It's a nice motel in an out of the way town. Nightly rate is good for California. (I had a view of Mt. Shasta!) The cafe next door was good food (the one meal I had) and the price was good, once again for California. The man at the desk was very helpful when I had a couple questions.

I’d give this place 6 stars if I could. The very nice family was incredibly helpful in every way. I felt perfectly safe and comfy during my stay. It’s a perfect place to get a good nights sleep. All the bathroom fixtures were modern and spotless! The only thing I would have liked would have been a table lamp in addition to the single overhead room light. Did I mention Mt. Shasta and the surrounding hills? Absolutely spectacular sunset and sunrise. Good eats within a few hundred yards.
