Everyone was so friendly! Easy and smooth check-in process, snacks and water at your convenience, they do free breakfast and everything was extremely clean. We enjoyed some jacuzzi time and being someone who works in the pool & spa industries, it was really nice seeing they had lift chairs for handicap both pool & spa along with the water being clean. My kids and myself really enjoyed our stay and time here.

Excellent, quiet and peaceful trip. We always stay here when visiting our family in this area.

Very clean and good customer service 👍

This was a pleasant and efficient place to stay while visiting my son in college.

Everything was on point . If i was asked for any extras i will add continental breakfast, other that everything was amazing :) congrats!!

Person checking people in was friendly and very patient even though it was super busy.

Easy check in and the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and it included scrambled eggs, sausage patties, potatoes as well as cereals and breads and bagels. Coffee was very good.

My room was a basic king on the 9th floor. It was so comfortable and cool during a heatwave. Although I couldn’t make it more than 20 degrees cooler than it was outside, it was fine. Bathroom and shower was pretty. Room service lady was very nice. Front desk was also very very nice. Cookies were awesome. Will happily stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The common area was well kept and the rooms were very nice! My only criticism about my stay is that we had to pay for parking. I believe that parking should be free & standard with any stay at a hotel. Overall I had a wonderful stay :)

i liked the parking in the rear

Nice clean place. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a spot to stay for a few days!

It was easy to check in, friendly front desk, pretty aesthetic and affordable.

Intruders in the room while i was naked and alone, without my husband.

This location was perfect. Close to restaurants that you could walk to. Close to shopping and the metro station. Everything was clean. Breakfast was decent. The room was clean and the hallways smelled good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean but not heated

Safe clean and good value for LA breakfast could have been better but it put done food in me …

More than anything, it was the young lady in the front who helped me get checked in. I was in a tough stressful situation and she completely put me at ease was very helpful and made everything so easy for me. You guys have earned yourselves a customer for life!

so new and nice staff
