Very courteous and friendly staff. The room was clean, and the lobby as well! Everything smelled so good. A lovely street/canal view from the loft room. Such perfect vibes all around!! Ten out of ten would stay here again.

Very comfortable bed and air conditioning which was very nice for an unusually hot day. Nice breakfast.

Property is in a beautiful area of Leiden. The staff was exceptional - friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my time there.

Best hotel in Leiden. I have been coming to Leiden for short as well as extended stays for about three years now. So happy this hotel opened few months back -- it is wonderful and most charming hotel!

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent - quiet at night but a short walk to the shopping dining and tourist attractions. We stayed in the two bed apartment which was beautiful and spacious with kitchen and laundry facilities as well as a small private roof terrace. There was an issue with a leaking shower which proved difficult to rectify but the staff made every effort to fix this and fairly compensated us for the inconvenience. Overall we loved our stay and would...

I really enjoyed my stay at VIC, rooms was very comfortable and the team was very helpfull. Femke and Rit were attentive and happy to help. Hopefully I will be able to return next year for another stay. Also the small store below was very convenient.

Great location and easy parking our car. The room was very quiet. Nice lobby bar and restaurant with good food and normal pricing. The bed quality could be better but that is the only thing for improvement.

Clean hotel that is conveniently located near the train station. There are also markets near by for any food or essentials you may need. The hallways smelled clean, which was something I wasn’t expecting but was appreciated.

Very nice hotel. Shower in our room cod have been bigger, but everything else was good.

We chose the hotel mostly for its central location and my wife and I were also pleased to discover how wonderful the entire hotel accommodations were. 1. Rooms are spacious and we would highly recommend the Jacuzzi tub option. 2. The staff are very helpful and friendly. 3. Do not miss their incredible breakfasts.

Super convenient, nice hotel. Just outside Leiden centraal. 15 minutes by train to Schiphol airport.

Hotel was clean and safe. The staff was very accommodating and freindly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was clean, comfortable bed, pleasant customer service. Nice breakfast (for a fee) and nice dinner menu.

Unique location and historical property. The most comfortable bed and pillows ever! Responsive, kind staff. Breakfast was great. Fresh squeezed OJ, flaky pastries. Access between two canals was challenging.

Awesome charming hotel

Perfect stay before or after a flight. Quit and nice and clean room. Great breakfast buffet!

An absolutely perfect place for a stay in the Amsterdam area, just a few minutes walk to the train station (15-20min ride to Ams Centraal). It’s also perfect for Haarlem, about 5min walk to the city center and the main square with St Bavo’s Church. A laundromat is on the parallel street. The staff are wonderful and the spacious rooms have a unique and glam feel. Extra plugs conveniently placed around the room. The complimentary coffee machine in the shared ‘living room’ is first class, with...
