Everything was great from the staff the room to the breakfast

This was the perfect location for our stay. The Inn was comfortable, clean, and the breakfast each morning was delicious with a good variety. Staff friendly, easy check-in. Had a pool but no jacuzzi.

I don't usually rate hotels, but I really felt like the staff at this hotel was excellent and I'd like to shout it out.

This Inn is my getaway retreat. Clean. Comfy. Safe. Quaint and historic town. Walk the town and visit all the charming shops and cafes. Friendly historical society that offers great little tours to learn about the town and its history. (Visit nearby Ephrata Cloister as well if you can. It’s a gem.) When we checked out today, the woman at the front desk (sorry I didn’t get her name) took the time to tell us about some of the history of the Inn and surrounding sites. Property and room were clean. You can tell it’s a cheaply made building how you can hear the footsteps down the hall and being in construction you know where to look for cut corners. But it’s well hidden and priced right. We didn’t use any facilities or have breakfast but it smelled great. I would stay again. Price is right and it’s in the right spot.

Probably the cleanest hotel room ive stayed in since before covid. Super quiet, very nice staff, plenty 9f parking, and within minutes of the family we were visiting. Would definitely come back

the Hampton Inn was Very comfortable. Our room was large, clean and we had a microwave and a fridge in the room. The Staff was Excellent and the breakfast in the morning was very nice. Scrambled eggs, potatoes. oatmeal, fresh fruit, cereals, waffles and the usual breakfast sweets. We will definitely stay there again !!:)

Staff were exceptional and attentive to our concerns. They were always accommodating, friendly and welcoming to us. Considering we had a group of 29 mainly children, the pool was small but overall, my group had a great time. I love the fact that tea and coffee was available 24/7, there was a slight variety in breakfast each morning, they had hot options, it went till 10am, and the lounge area was comfortable and fun for children as well. Easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. We only had to stay for one night but each staff member was very pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. The shower was great. Breakfast options were simple but great. Definitely a much better experience than other hotels my family and I have stayed in around the same area.
