If you are going to Cocoa Beach, you NEED to stay here. Its away from all the people, the beach is right across the street, and you can kayak the river. Beautiful set up. 7 min drive will bring you to the Golf course pavillion where you can see off the dock the bioluminescent waters. If im ever in the area again, definitely staying here again!

We booked online and even though we arrived late and the office was alredy closed, we got our keys and were also able to leave before the office opened. Inside we found a lovely little house perfekt to prepare some dinner and more than enough space to sleep. Thanks for a very nice stay, I can recommend it to anyone!! (If you plan to stay longer than one night you schoud know, that the beach is only a ew steps away)
