This Hotel lived up to its 9 rating. Superb location. Ample parking. Walking distance to Arroyo Grande old main street cafes, restaurants and shops. Very new and clean. Friendly staff. Nice modern rooms with a comfortable bed. Complimentary wine tasting too. Great value.

The location was perfect. The views amazing and we loved having access to the beach. Was great sitting on the patio, roasting marshmallows and enjoying the ocean view.

We loved staying at this hotel. The hotel was clean, classy, and right on the beach. The restaurant had excellent food and drinks. The rooms were small but cozy and comfortable. The bedding was first class. The housekeeping staff on the third floor was outstanding and the rooms were spotless. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful resport.

The location of the Beach House Inn & Suites was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Whether I wanted to explore the local area or simply enjoy the tranquil ambiance of the Inn, everything was conveniently within reach.

There wasn’t foot traffic around hotel that created noise for room.

Everything was wonderful! I took my parents for their 50th wedding anniversary and they decorated their room beautifully!!!! They enjoyed it so much and want to go back soon.

Front desk was friendly and welcoming. Quiet area. Clean inside and out. Bed could have been a little more comfortable. Price was reasonable. We would stay again.

One of the best hotels in Pismo Beach! The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean, the grounds are well-maintained and beautiful. The view from the ocean front room can't be beat! Easy on/off the freeway, walkable safe neighborhood with many restaurant options within walking/10 minute drive.

Nice clean quiet hotel. Had a pleasant time and will definitely be back again!

We stayed through the week, so the hotel was quiet. The room was small but clean and neat with a great view of the ocean. It had a small mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The convenience of being able to leave the room and walk to the pier in a couple of minutes is a plus. We will definitely stay there again.

Spent a couple of days visiting family and friends did not spend too much time at hotel only to sleep and shower

Oceanfront property where you can easily walk to the pier, restaurants and shops. Staff was very attentive and courteous. Loved the rooftop restaurant with its direct ocean view and the food was great. Highly recommended.
