Clean , comfortable, great staff

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to

Friendliest staff!

Very nice property and close to Toyota Oakdale Theater and restaurants. Perfect for what we needed and our intended purpose. Would recommend.

Nice property. Surrounding area is not great…

Great!

They even shoveled off all the cars after a snowstorm! Awesome!

It was awesome we had an amazing time and we were as comfortable as we can be it was a Clean and everyone was kind it was an amazing experience thank you

The bed was amazing. The only complaint that I have is that the room that we were in there were lamps on the wall right behind the headboard and I kept hitting my head on one every time I moved on the bed sitting up. Other than that there's a pretty cool place to stay the shower oh my goodness. Somebody needs to get a raise whoever decided to put that shower higher it made it awesome.

This location was just okay, in spite of the friendly hosts. The walls between rooms are a bit thin and we listened to our neighbors' TV quite a lot late into the night. We arrived at The Study at 10 am instead of the 3 pm check in. The front desk clerks were exceptional and said our rooms were ready! The breakfast and dinner we had in the Study restaurant were delicious. The two king rooms were clean and large with a desk and a large leather chair and haddock. We were very...

This is the second time I have stayed at the Graduate New Haven; it did not disappoint. The bed and sheets are very comfortable. Room design is visually pleasing and logical. I also appreciate the quality of service. The text message line is efficient and convenient and staff are friendly. Furthermore, the hotel’s location is very accessible for getting across New Haven.

To write a nice review about your experience, you could say something like:"I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff, especially the cleaning lady, went above and beyond to make sure I had a memorable stay. I accidentally left my Apple Watch in the room, but thanks to her honesty and kindness, I was reunited with it. I truly appreciate their outstanding service and attention to detail.
