very pleased at check-in of the hotel & grounds, all in nice condition and obviously maintained. gal at check-in was very nice and later showed what and absolutley amazing & caring person she is! we got up to our room, settled in and were relaxing-despite storm with heavy lightning. shortly after 10pm our phones started shrieking which turned out to be an immediately tornado warning. we made it downstairs to find a number of guests also smartly came down to the lobby. We enjoyed our stay. The beds are comfortable and love the kitchenette. Staff was friendly and love that it is pet friendly.

This property is a great place away from the noise of the railroad in Clovis. This is a huge thing with 50 plus trains a night coming through town. It is very clean and well staffed. Our room was spacious and had a great shower! They also have a wonderful breakfast with many choices and a friendly, helpful staff as well. We were very pleased with our stay.

On first approach to this hotel, I was a little skeptical. I noticed that all of the rooms were outward facing, which showed the age of the property. My initial feeling had somewhat subsided when I entered the well lit, clean, newly refreshed lobby. The staff at the front desk were very inviting and friendly. The room was also newly refreshed with new paint, new bedding, new fixtures, new electronics, new counters, new carpet, the works. I will definitely stay here when I come back next month.

Wow!!! I was very impressed with my stay. The bed was amazingly comfortable with a combination of both soft and firm that I never knew existed, and the bedding was very comfortably clean. I also felt the room was a great size with enough privacy to not worry about hearing your neighbors, or for your neighbors to hear you. Good value and newly renovated. Queen suite was roomy, inside pool refreshing and hotel was clean.

I’ve stayed here multiple trips due to the price and it was more than worth it. Staff is very accommodating if issues arise and the rooms are very nice for the price. Will recommend all of my family and friends to stay here
