Customer service was excellent!

The hotel was a welcome sight after a rather long day of driving. The welcome and sign-in were great and the room was clean and very comfortable. Our only disappointment was the shower head, which felt like standing under a water hose with low pressure. Everything else was fine.

This is a great hotel with easy access (right off I-70) to EGE and Vail. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. The hotel has an indoor pool and indoor hot tub and both were clear and clean. It was quiet and I had a great room on the 3rd floor that was close to the elevator but not right next to it. Breakfast was included as a nice benefit and send off.

Shuttle service to the mountains was less than ideal and the times where not useful for skiing on the mountain.

So much history, great size room and beautiful furniture inside. Front desk very helpful and breakfast was a bonus!

The room was impeccable ,I’m a picky person and the bathroom was spotless the breakfast was very good and customer service was excellent !!

The facilities are all top notch but what really made the stay great is the staff. They were always very helpful above and beyond what was required. One of the housekeepers kept my 2 year old daughter from bolting out of the elevator as I'm standing there 7 months pregnant, arms full, unable to stop her. This was our first time and Beaver Creek. We made last minute reservations at the Beaver Creek Lodge not knowing what to expect or exactly where is was located in relation to the lifts and village. We thought it was perfect, not too big, the staff was very friendly and the vibe was low key. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Location was so convenient to local restaurants in Basalt. Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

The town of Red Cliff is a former mining town tucked in a deep chasm with great architecture and bridges. The Green Bridge Inn fits nicely with it's 3-story building wrapped with a covered porch on all levels. The entire building is renovated in every way. Our family of 5 stayed in a two bedroom suite. It was amazing! Two fireplaces, two full bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, and separate reading area. It was very well decorated and had all the things you could need. It also included parking in a garage and access to some of the activities offered by the Sheraton Hotel it is associated with. Very nice new hotel Great alternative to staying in Aspen. Much less expensive. 30 mins to the slopes and the RAFT bus stop in less than a block out the front door. Lots of restaurant choices within a 2 block area. Grocery store 1/2 block away. Movie theater 3 - 4 blocks away.
