Clean room, good instructions. Good facilities.

I traveled with my son, both of us love this hotel very much. The room is good size, very comfortable and clean. Toilet is equipment with electronic bidet that make daily job easier. This hotel also have washer and dryer which is free. 15minutes walk to airport transit or take taxi costed $3 USD.

If you are on a layover from the US , take time and stay here close enough to the airport by taxi! This hotel has outstanding customer service, we were welcomed right away and great customer service check in, they gave the kids welcome gifts, the buffet is great and taste is amazing and so much to choose from, this property is so clean and welcome, the staff here has excellent customer service! This was the very 1st stay arriving Taiwan and we were happy with the overall experience. The staff is very patient, informative and willing to help in many ways. Facing a park and next to many convenient stores, restaurants and neighborhood in walking distance, we feel safe, refreshed and welcome.

Love the hotel. To give privacy in bathroom, suggest to add white paper to shower glass (as in the toilet door)

The Location is very convenient for my friend to pick me up. The room is very spacious and very clean. The breakfast is excellent with many choices. I love it to be together with global mall that made shopping very easy. All in all this is one of the best stays of mine. Highly recommended.

We were happy about everything; good customer service, clean room, good water pressure and hot water, good AC. Very charming place with own operated restaurant and cafe across the street and next door.

This was a gem in the forest. After the Uber driver dead-ended in a dirt parking area surrounded by a dense bamboo trees we had our doubts we were in the right place. A very short correction we were at a gate to a very nice roomy parking area and a nice new looking building with a very pleasant entry. From the start we were blown away by how nice this 68 room hotel was. Nestled at the entry to a park with pretty views of the city and mountain hiking trails. It was modern roomy and very clean....

This is the perfect property if you have a family of 6 as it has two very large rooms and two bathrooms. It was nice to check-in and have water, soda, and snacks immediately available in the room. Breakfast is definitely a big perk. Very large selection of foods and even though my family stayed here for 5 days, we never got sick of breakfast. I was arrived the hotel late around 11:30 PM, the room is there waiting for my checkin, it is a very clean room. Staff are very polite. I will stay in this hotel again, I recommend the hotel to my friends and anyone who is reading this comment.
