“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic……

“Edgar manager on duty was absolutely the best. He made sure our family was very comfortable and happy. He never disappoints thats the reason why we continue to come back and we make sure to tell our friends and family about this resort. Diana supervisor at the front desk made our check in very smooth. Walking into the resort after a long flight its always a pleasure to receive a warm welcome and thats what she and her staff jesus, Fernando, and i can not forget Erik Medina from guest services.……

“The TRS pool was amazing and they had fun aqua activities during the day like aerobics and water bike class. Overall the service was amazing no matter where you were from the check-in, to shops, to dining and concierge. The resort was pristine everywhere. The only little hiccup was waiting for shuttles to take you from different areas, sometimes the wait was a little long in the heat but it wouldn't deter me from staying again! Shout out to Angel at the front desk, Adrian at concierge and……

“This was the best hotel we stayed at during this trip. The staff is incredible, the hotel is gorgeous, and the food and drinks are top notch. The free happy hour by the pool is a great touch. Visiting in the rainy season could mean some light flooding and not being able to enjoy the rooftop terrace and pool, but it was still 100% worth it.”
