Good hotel with excellent, friendly and very helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Language wasn`t too much of a problem (as we`re not good at Italian) some of the staff spoke English. We will go back to this hotel again. Many thanks to all the staff for their efficiency.

After touring a few cities, the Hotel Perticari was a great place to relax for a few days. There is a generous buffet breakfast and all the staff are extremely friendly. The 25m pool is really great for those who like to swim laps.
The room had a balcony overlooking the beach and the pool.
The hotel has bicycles to take out and you can ride along the bike path beside the beach, to the next town. It is just a short walk from the hotel into main town Pesaro,, which is a total contrast to the beach front area. It is a beautiful old town, with lots of interesting narrow streets to explore with a big, lively square at its heart.
I travelled there by train, and there are good links with all the major lines.
Great place to chill out after the busy city touring!

Hotel Thea is a very pleasant hotel, right on the beach in Gabicce Mare. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the quality of food, for a small establishment, was very good and varied. Perhaps the only drawback, as the only UK guests resident at that time, was the language problem, particularly in trying to choose from the dinner menu and secure an idea of what the individual dishes were. My only criticism of the hotel related to the room allocated to us. I had booked a superior room with seaview, but the room given to us was very small and at the side of the building with the only view of the sea being from a narrow balcony which could not even support a chair! On complaining, a slightly bigger room was provided but this was only available for part of our stay, resulting in having to transfer back to the original room for our last two nights.

Located just under the ducale palace walls. Looked like a modern renovation in an old shell, with blond laminates and simple white bathroom. Basic styling but good. Rooms are smallish. Access was easy via the lift from the underground car park outside the town walls, then just yards to walk. Don't attempt to take the car in!
We could lean from the window and view the palace, but you couldn't sit and admire the view as it abutted the neighbouring castle wall so tightly.
A well priced hotel in a stunning town.
