"Resort was beautiful, staff was great but they need better food options for lunch and entertainment at night. Everything was at a walking distance to the family side but you’d expect the adult side to have more things to do at night than the family side."

"There is a beautiful beach that is totally invaded by a whole bunch of boats, each playing its own music that competes with the music from the resort. It is absolutely annoying, not relaxing at all. One of the boats almost ran me over. Also annoying that unless you have a cell phone, you cannot order at the restaurants. "William and Juliano were excellent help with our wine selections for dinner. Anna at the pool bar was so friendly and helpful. Our butler, Francisco, made our stay very enjoyable and took care of every request. All staff very pleasant and the property is gorgeous! This was our first visit and we are planning to come back again next year. "

Activities director Ninja always brought the smiles. The poolside grill cook (we didn't get his name) was not only an excellent cook but took care of us in many ways. We had a spectacular vacation and definitely plain on returning!"

"Overall we had an excellent stay. We traveled as three couples. Check in was fairly easy everyone was extra nice. The only issue for me with that process was that there are NO elevators to get to your room. 👀👀👀 as someone with back issues it was a deal breaker to have to trek to the third floor several times a day. With a little maneuvering they found me the same category room on the second level (romance suite). The butler meets you at checkin. Our butler Norielis was top notch…EXCELLENT....
