The staff is really good, especially Ramon at the pool. The cafe had great coffee and snacks with exceptional service.The restaurant options were good but what really made our dining experience great was the servers.

Hard Rock is a very nice and complete resort they have multiple fun options for everyone to enjoy all day and night. The staff are great, nice and hard working always making us feel welcome. The dining options are amazing and delicious they have food everywhere all the time. Drinks were good too. Pools were clean but they open too late at 10am and close too early at 6pm after that there is no place to get a drink unless it's a restaurant or the main lobby which is far from the pools. My kids loved the water park and the flow rider. Our favorite restaurant was the Zen ate there few times thanks to chef Wilfred for amazing dinners. The Ipanema restaurant was very good too both for breakfast and lunch many options and flavors thanks to Miguelito for being so nice and helpful. The resort can use a touch up there were broken tiles around the pool which is a safety hazard, it could use some cleaning and paint around the buildings and we lost power 3 times. Overall we had a great time and love to come back sometime.

During my stay at the Hard Rock Hotel in Punta Cana, I had an interesting experience. Upon check-in, I was warmly greeted by the staff from the Legendary Club, who provided me with information about the hotel layout. However, their main intention was to set up a meeting with a representative from the hotel who aggressively tried to sell me a time share. They referred to it as "credits," but it was essentially a time share nonetheless. Despite expressing my disinterest, I was approached by five more staff members who used various tactics to try and convince me to buy the time share. It took speaking to six people before I was finally able to leave. I found it frustrating that they expected me to make a significant investment without having the chance to fully enjoy the hotel. It seemed unfair to commit to a large down payment and monthly payments for years without knowing if I would even like the premises. The hotel itself was impressive, with a wide range of amenities and nice shops. The cleanliness was commendable, and the restaurants served delicious food. Overall, it was a great experience, but personally, I prefer to travel to different places and not have my money tied up in one location. Although the hotel is affiliated with RCA, the time share deal just wasn't suitable for me.

I didn’t like that from the moment I got there to even at checkout I was asked to sit and hear about excursions and even a next trip. It felt like I signed up for a time share. I asked for something special in the room for my wife’s birthday and never got it. I had an umbrella taken from me poolside by a worker that received a tip from another couple. The towels poolside had stains on them. The napkins in almost every place we ate at had stains on it. At checkout I shared my experience and even still was asked to sit down and make a deposit for another stay at the hotel. I voiced concerns and never felt staff took it serious.
