Pros: Hotel facility for airport was good .room facilities should be improved
Cons: room cleaning, remove smell of sewage!
Location: Location is near by airport, so it is an advantage for airport passengers.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER

Cons: In addition to better management, more and more courteous staff - the hotel is old and run down. Though clean it is incredibly shabby.
On a night that the hotel management knew would be busy with stranded travelers (flights had been delayed and cancelled all day with bad weather forecast for the next day as well) - they had ONE person at the desk and ONE shuttle driver. From multiple unanswered calls to the front desk, to a hang up from the front desk to a 90 minute wait for a shuttle and having to take a taxi instead because we gave up . . . to a line of 15 people checking in and rudeness all the way around - it was positively awful. Never have I experienced such blatant disregard for the traveler, customer service or basic management. Even though this is where Delta is sending passengers for the night --- pay a little bit more and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Worst hotel near Atlanta airport

The room's heater did not work, there were strange stains and burn marks on the comforter. We felt so unsafe we checked out 4 hours after checking in.

The good news is that you are very close to the airport with parking and shuttle service available. The bad news is that you are underneath the flight pattern. Cheap, clean enough, and very gracious Staff.

Location: airport is 5 minutes away
this is an older hotel, clean enough but definitely dated. Beds were comfortable. Free shuttle to airport that leaves every hour. The staff here are amazing. Went out of their way to make things nice. breakfast is included and is adequate.

Sleepless stay

I selected this Days Inn for a last minute overnight stay while stranded at ATL. I considered others, but I expected the brand was decent enough to offer at least a night's sleep. I was wrong. The location very near a flight path results in bed shaking as aircraft pass overhead. Train horns keep you awake between the late arriving aircraft. Garbage truck reversing alarms and crashing bottles further highlight the lack of sound insulation. Foot step vibrations transfer across the floor and to the bed as people traverse the common porch. But at least there wasn't mold in the bathroom. This motel seems like an old structure that Days Inn tried to save with a weak facelift.

Rough neighborhood

Seedy neighborhood and filthy rooms. I came home to a flooded bathroom and the fix was to throw towels on the wet carpet. Was told they always have problems with my assigned room. When asked for a new room was met with indifference. I'd say the one good thing was the breakfast but even that had flaws. Juice machine out of order both days. Lousy place. Spend a few bucks more for a legit hotel.
