Waited 2 hours in lobby and they still were unable to check me in due to a software issue, so drove an hour to another hotel. Refused to give me a refund, and refused to honor a refund through Expedia, claiming that I wasn’t present for check in. It’s cool though, they let me sit in a chair in the lobby for 2 hours for free. 5 stars for the free lobby chairs.

The staff at the property were amazing and so helpful! Makayla and Baby were so helpful and friendly over the phone when I called before we checked in and after when I met them in person. It felt like I was coming home after a long trip! The room and rooftop deck were awesome. It was exciting to see the planes come in! We would definitely stay there again.

We did not receive the room purchased, limited breakfast menu, had to wait for room upon arrivàl. Phone in room did not work. Sink crack coming out from wall and tiolet need work. It would continue to run if you did not lift handle.

When I got here, I couldn’t check in because the computers “brand wide” are down. My wife and I, along with 15 other people are forced to sit around the lobby waiting to be able to check in.

Pricey for service and facilities offered. At 1:30 in the morning I waited an hour to get checked in. Other staff were available but chose to walk by while one staff member was doing everything. Waited an hour for the hotel airport shuttle to pickup and return to airport. They require a $100 deposit when checking in. One week after I checked out and the $100 deposit is still charged on my card. I literally slept in my room for 3 hours before my flight the next morning.Not sure why this is done.

Therebis a rood top where you can watch the drivers race/drive the Porches next door but it was raining so the track was closed. Service at the restaurant wasnt the best and you can see some wear & tear of the property and rooms. Hotel shuttle service got into an accident the morning we needed to head to the airport so they called us an uber free of charge which was nice. Definitely a good place to stay if youre there for the Porsche experience or you voukd just stay downtown and drive.
