It was a great stay We were in town to attend a graduation. We first asked for early check in and they were working to make that happen, but our flight got canceled and we arrived late and they were accommodating to the change. Very personable desk clerks. Accommodating to the 2 rooms we needed ground level and near a door so very little walking for the 2 elderly in our party Good Job would recommend and stay again. Good coffee too breakfast limited, its a COVID thing.

The clerk who I thinks was the housekeeping supervisor also worked desk when desk clerk was not at desk was VERY unhelpful. I ask if she had an employee who could help translate from spanish to english she told me to check app on phone. I saw a male housekeeper late on hall and ask hime if he could help me and he said yes. He also told me many people who work their could speak spanish and English. So that just told me she did not want to help. Also pool was dirty and had not be cleaned.
