It is conveniently close to the highway however we paid approximately $230 per night to stay at a motel that's in the same category as a motel 6.

Serviceable. Not much energy from the staff. Enter the room and the tv remote doesn’t work. Go downstairs to swap it and key doesn’t work. Get the tv on and remote stops working. I had to work on it to change channels. Go to take a shower and to get any pressure, had to turn it on full blast and dip in and out of scalding hot water. The breakfast, well I guess you can call it that. Not many options and overcooked sausage and eggs were bland. Probably wouldn’t stay here again unless I just have to.

First this property was nice and well taken care of. The problems I experienced were with checking in. I was not able to check in due to a hiccup with the clerk finding the confirmation number for the room. She instructed me to call Expedia. I did and he tried to call the hotel. She repeatedly would not answer the phone, which she had done several times while looking for the confirmation number. I alerted her that the Expedia representative was trying to reach her. She smiled but would not answer the phone. This went on for almost 20 minutes. I was finally able to get her on my phone with the representative. After he gave her the information she needed to check me on she just left and went in the back. She finally came back and checked me and my family in. I had my children and my 80 year old mother with me. I was late for my engagement. It was awful. Other than that and the breakfast my stay was nice and rhe other clerks were very sweet and accommodating.

The property is located close to Kennesaw State University. That’s the only good thing. The property is old and not being kept in good condition. Me and my family had two rooms with outside of hotel entry. It’s similar to a Motel. The doors knobs were rusted and appears someone may have tried to break-in in the past. The sheets smelled as if they weren’t changed after prior guests were wet from the pool. The bathroom door on my room would not lock because the door knob doesn’t level up with the door entry knob hole. In the first day, I arrived an hour early. There was no front desk attendant. But, there was a note posted that there was no early check-in. That was ok, so we decided to wait. While waiting, there were guest that were already checked in that were coming to the front desk looking to purchase snacks. I attempted to call the number to the hotel thinking someone would respond. No one picked up the phone or provided any service to the guest. The guest eventually put their snacks down and left. After an hour, a desk attendant arrived and I asked about reason why no service during the earlier period when no one was available. The desk attendant replied that there is always someone at the desk. I had to inform him that I had been in the lobby for an hour and they had guest needed assistance before he truthfully told me that they were busy today and that it will not happen again. Very dissatisfying experience.

Calling from the airport, your staff didn't know how to give me instructions on how to get there. ??? You were terribly UNDER-STAFFED, took 40 minutes to check-in because you had several sports teams & only one desk attendant. The keys didn't always work-had to go to front desk to have them re-punched. The room was damp/muggy, even with A/C. Awful coffee, eggs were yuck. POOL wasn't open!!! I feel I should get a discount!!! People were nice, but poor resources.

We only stayed one night when we checked in the young man at the desk was very friendly he told us the easy way to get to our room we had a pool view it was very nice the room was clean and nicely decorated bed was comfortable we will stay here again when we are traveling next.

Original room smelled of weed (non smoking hotel). TV didnt work. Carpet floors were wet (checked in at 8pm) ABSOLUTELY NO EARLY CHECK INS! Ceiling was disgusting, cracks and leaks. Property was dirty and people outside smoking weed and cigarettes. Overall just a trashy place. Will NEVER return. Im astonished this hotel was under the Wyndham name!
