JW Marriott Absheron Baku
5.0 star property
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (159)
"A great hotel situated at the best end of the promenade offering beautiful views of the sea and flame towers (sea view rooms). Breakfast is lavish and the staff go out of their way to accomodate different food choices (we are vegetarians). Only on one day room was not serviced and had to remind them for it."

"Stay away from this one, the staff is nice, but the hotel is outdated big time. Basic amenity not available you have to ask the front desk. And for breakfast, only one item is the same every day. "

"Bristol Hotel closed as i found out after booking, however staff contacted me and offered better room right on Baku's richest shopping street (Nizami) owned by same owner as Bristol was, I can not say enough good things about how the staff handled this and how far they went out of way to offer top service! Thanks, Spacibo!"

Passage Boutique Hotel
4.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very Good, (123)
"This is a nice hotel close to all the main sightseeing points and tourist attractions, also very close to a lot of great restaurants and Old City. We prefer rooms with antique style and it was the only place we could find. Hotel's staff was super-sweet, we want to especially mention Tahir who was so helpful and nice, helped us with everything and took a great care of all guests. Thanks a lot, we enjoyed our stay."

4.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very Good, (39)
"Our stay did not start off as well as we had expected. The shower enclosure in the bathroom had a huge leak even before we checked in and that would flood the bathroom. But the hotel's managers, especially Mr. Nasimi Taghiyev empathized with us and was quick in moving us into a better room. During our stay we were well taken care of, and Mr. Nasimi and his managers always made sure that our stay was enjoyable. They have a good breakfast spread with an array of options available. Room had a great...

Fawlty Towers Hotel Baku
3.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very Good, (2)
"Fawlty Towers is centrally located within easy walking distance of the downtown pedestrian streets and waterfront promenade, but the surrounding neighborhood is a bit sketchy. The surrounding 2 blocks are rather dingy and full of dive bars. The hotel and room are clean. There was air conditioning (a big plus in Baku's heat). The free breakfast is very generous. The staff is nice and very helpful (but occasionally they have someone working who only speaks Azerbaijani and not English or Russian)....

Austin Hotel Baku
3.0 star property
7.8 out of 10, Good, (29)
"The property is centrally located and a perfectly fine hotel, even without the benefit of a lift/elevator. Unfortunately, the hotel neighbours a very noisy nightclub, the thumping music from which kept me awake every night until the very early morning hours. Not great when you have an early excursion the next day. The room was fine and generally clean though the bed linen did have an obvious tobacco odour. So central and value for money but not perfect."
