This hotel was so pretty. It is a smaller hotel so you aren't in a hotel with hundreds of other loud and disrespectful people. It is on a street with lots of shopping and tapas places which is super fun. The workers here are very nice, speak English, and very reachable. We were on our spring break trip and they were so helpful with telling us where to go, how to be safe, and understanding with our travel situations as younger adults. I would absolutely book with them again. Thank you!

Don’t stay here if it costs you more than $100
This hotel is old, there are no amenities, no one there to help you after 8pm, you can hear EVERY sound in the hallway at all hours. One of the worst and weakest showers I’ve ever taken. Expensive. The only positives are that the room is large with a full couch and one door down from a great bakery. Central location.

We stayed for a few nights at Serennia Exclusive Rooms and we were so impressed with the customer service we received. The staff wad very friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. They took the time to ensure we had everything we needed in terms of understanding the best way of getting around the city using public transportation, where to go for sightseeing and dining. Check out was at 11:00 am but our flight didn’t leave until close to 11pm so they stored our luggage safely in the office, and gave us access to their lounge area several times throughout the afternoon so we could wait and rest until they closed at 8:00pm. They also offered to make all the arrangements for transportation to the airport. We couldn’t have asked for more, they were extremely helpful which made our stay so much more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend and will book with them again the next time we visit Barcelona.

We found the Suites centrally located and we walked most places. There were many options for food around us as well as transportation. The check in process was very smooth and we were able to store our luggage for the day. Our room was facing the street so there was quite a bit of noise especially on the Saturday night. The room was spacious for 4 of us and very clean. Would stay here again.

The pros: Good and accommodating service. Excellent location downtown, convenient. The cons: Noise if you face street, super noise if you are on low level due to subway right under the building.

Great location in the middle of all of the energy. We loved looking out the window and feeling like we were right in the action. Close to subways and between walking and the subways, we were able to get everywhere we needed easily. Close to many good restaurants. It was loud, but that seems to be somewhat expected in the middle of a lively city. A Saturday late night outdoor concert added to it all! Ear plugs are a must and did the trick for us. Clean and good air conditioning.

Centraly located, Clean & Comfortable
Hotel is located in a busy and central area. Close to shopping, restaurants and transportation. Room has A/C. Only confusing parts is upon arrival. When you arrive, take elevator to attic level (office) and check in. We checked out at 4am and unsure where to leave keys so left in room. All else was good.

The room was spacious, nicely decorated and very comfortable. They provided us with a kettle, a coffee maker and an iron as well as an ironing board. We enjoyed the complimentary water, coffee, tea and cookies. What was not convenient was the set of stairs to climb up with our suitcases before we could reach the elevators.

This location cannot be beat. It’s about a 5 min walk to Plaza Catalunya, with tons of shops and restaurants nearby. Right below is a fantastic bakery that always had lineups. The room was spacious for our family of four. There was a double sink in the bathroom which was handy. The lady who checked us in was super helpful, offering lots of advice. The air con worked great, as did the wifi. I would highly recommend this hotel

Excellent location. Very walkable to the main tourist areas, but also quiet enough. The rooms could have been better cleaned. The doors and curtains were quite dirty. The staff were nice and polite but they are not in the lobby. you have to go to the top floor to speak with them and they are not there 24-7. So if you are doing a late checkin be prepared to pay for roaming charges so you can get a hold of someone. Also note that there is no elevator on the main entrance. You have to take your luggage one level up before you can access the elevator. There seemed to be an accessible option in the elevator but wasn't working and I am guessing you had to go all the way upstairs and asked one of the staff to unlock it for you.
