“Very pleased”

Our family could not have been more pleased. The facility was extremely clean, especially the rooms. The staff were courteous. The continental breakfast was better than most. We would definitely stay at this property again if in the Biloxi area.

“Great hotel”

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, we loved the shower. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We will probably stay there again.

“average at best”

Real bad smoke smell, although it was a smoking room they do have deoderizers such as frebreeze, ect. None was used. Not everyone who accepts a smoking room smokes!

“Needs new cleaners”

Hotel was in a nice location. Everything was fine until they stripped the sheets one morning. We got back that night at about 11:30pm and there were no sheets on the bed. I guess the cleaners forgot? I had to go get sheets from the front desk and do it myself. On vacation, that is one chore you definately should not have to do. The hotel staff did not seem concerned at all, they acted as if it was normal for this to happen.
