Went for the hotel and car show over 4th of July. Band was good. Disappointing turn out for car show. I think it was because they did not have a fireworks display as we expected.

my stay was so relaxing, the infinity pool was wonderful, with shade, lots of chairs, bar , friendly service, about 20 feet from the beach, beautiful scenery, quiet, hidden jewel. at the end of a boulevard, no traffic, wonderful , helpful smiling service from everyone, seems like they all love their job

The room was permeated with the smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana, aggravating my allergies. I was surprised to find that smoking was allowed indoors, which is not the case in other hotels I've recently visited. The hotel lacked basic amenities that one would even find at a Motel 6. Additionally, the pool was inconveniently located far from the entrance. Checking in and out of the hotel was cumbersome, as it is done on the casino floor, requiring guests to navigate their luggage through the slot machines. The alignment of the casino and hotel floors is mismatched, with the hotel floor 1 corresponding to casino floor 2, causing confusion when using the elevators. Our room was not ready upon arrival, necessitating three trips to the front desk and an additional hour's wait. When we finally got our room, it had a dismal view of a wall. The shower was poorly designed with a heavy door that was difficult to move, and one had to step into the shower to turn it on. The toilet area was uncomfortably narrow; anyone wearing larger than an XL shirt would find their shoulders touching the walls. Furthermore, we were disturbed multiple times during the night by someone pulling on our door. This was a deeply unpleasant experience. In comparison, I've stayed in budget hotels in Atlanta that were cleaner, better staffed, and better designed. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Did not like that I had to go thru the casino to get to the hotel and be carded and harassed by security because their machine wouldn’t recognize my license. Ended up having to wait for 15-30 minutes every time I went and came from my room. Half the staff didn’t seem to care and made snide remarks. Service was so bad I doubt I return.

No kids walking from the hotel to casino restaurants. Management and staff bend over backwards to make you happy. Nice outdoor pool right on the beach. Restaurant food amazing tried them all but the buffet, which was a tad pricey at $50 per person.

Our stay was Great! It was very nice to be able to smoke tobacco freely. We truly enjoyed our time spent by the pool. It was a very calm, relaxing environment. The music playing poolside could've been a little better. The staff throughout our stay was friendly and helpful. We shall be returning.

We were very pleased with our stay. We would have given it a 5-Star review overall, but there was an issue with the Wi-Fi. We were blocked from making and receiving phone calls while on Wi-Fi. We were also blocked from monitoring our Ring security cameras. We use T-Mobile. The T-Mobile signal is spotty in the area, so we really would have appreciated Wi-Fi that allowed us to use our iPhones to make calls and monitor our home security.
